Senior Social Media Manager (m/f/d)

As a Senior Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for our social media activities both operationally and strategically. You will develop content ideas, implement them, and actively drive our growth.
Your responsibilities
- Developing and implementing a holistic social media strategy
- Conceptualising, producing, and publishing video content
- Hosting and/or voiceover for videos
- Jointly building a clear content system with the marketing team (editorial planning, formats, processes)
- Identifying relevant topics in the company context
- Analysing and optimising reach, engagement, and growth
- Close collaboration with management on positioning (personal branding)
Your profile
- Several years of experience in social media management
- Experience in creating video content (concept, storytelling, implementation)
- Very good knowledge of working with Adobe Creative Cloud
- Very good knowledge of common video editing and post-production software
- Confident on camera or experience in voiceover
- A feel for trends, content, and target audiences
- Analytical thinking and experience with performance metrics
- Hands-on mentality and an independent way of working
