Your Responsibilities

As an ERP Consultant, you are the perfect link between our product development teams and our partners & customers.

  • You support our partners in implementing customer requirements.
  • You analyze potential error sources in the configuration of our ERP solution and identify system errors.
  • You identify opportunities for improvement for both the core functionalities of the product and newly introduced extensions.
  • Through your competent support, you succeed in building long-term, successful partner and customer relationships.

Your Profile

  • You have a degree in Business Administration / Business Informatics or comparable professional experience in consulting as well as in the areas mentioned above.
  • You already have initial experience as an ERP consultant for small & medium businesses in the context of cloud solutions.
  • You love getting to the bottom of technical and procedural problems and solving them together with partners and customers.
  • Personally, you are characterized by a strong service orientation and communication skills, speak business-fluent German, and have a good command of English.
  • You are skilled in the “translation process” from customer needs to features that provide real added value. You master this within the tension between technical feasibility and legal requirements.
