Introduction

The Autohaus Ostermaier Group is a long-standing family business with eight locations in Bavaria. With its wide range of new and used vehicles and extensive services, the complexity of the system landscape had grown over the years.

Together with MDIS Consulting, a future-proof business intelligence solution was introduced and centrally connected via the BeSync middleware platform – for seamless data flows, clear transparency, and a better basis for decision-making.

By redesigning our system structure and implementing the innovative solutions from MDIS and BeSync, we were able to significantly improve our IT landscape and unlock new potential.

  • Data was scattered across various subsystems (Sales, Purchasing, Controlling, Service)
