Introduction

Munich Consulting Group (MCG) is a German consulting company for value-adding digitalization with a strong focus on sustainability. In its projects, it brings extensive specialist and consulting expertise to the table – but the operational delivery of these services had so far been largely manual and based on individually grown structures.

To make knowledge, processes and services sustainably scalable, a central digital platform was developed together with MDIS that standardizes workflows, makes know-how available in a structured way, and simplifies collaboration with customers.

With the new solution, we can structure our knowledge and service offerings in a scalable way. This increases efficiency for internal teams while creating more clarity for our customers.

Challenge

  • Expert knowledge and methods were decentralized across individual documents and work formats
  • Project communication took place mainly via email and phone
  • Know-how could not be scaled because it was not documented consistently
  • Internal and external users needed a clear, standardized working basis

Solution approach

A cloud-based business & customer service app was developed based on BeSync’s AppSync app builder.
