Senior Social Media Manager (m/f/d)

As a Senior Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for our social media channels both operationally and strategically. You will develop content ideas, implement them, and actively drive our growth.
Your responsibilities
- Joint development and implementation of a holistic social media strategy with the marketing team
- Support in the conception and production of video content
- Jointly building a clear content system with the marketing team (editorial planning, formats, processes)
- Identifying relevant topics in the company context
- Analysing and optimising reach, engagement, and growth
- Close collaboration with management on positioning (personal branding)
Your profile
- Several years of experience in social media management
- Very good knowledge of working with Adobe Creative Cloud
- Good knowledge of common video editing software
- A feel for trends, content, and target audiences
- Analytical thinking and experience with performance metrics
- Hands-on mentality and an independent way of working
