Your mission

Do you want to do more than just plan marketing, but also make it measurably successful? Then you’ve come to the right place. We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to actively develop our digital marketing channels, manage campaigns, and make the right decisions based on data.

In this role, you will work closely with our marketing team and ensure that we reach our target groups via the appropriate channels.

Your responsibilities

• You plan, manage, and optimize our performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels
• You analyze key figures such as reach, clicks, leads, and conversions and derive optimization measures from them
• You manage budgets and ensure the efficient use of our marketing expenditure
• You continuously develop existing campaigns and test new ideas and approaches
• You work with internal teams as well as external partners and ensure smooth processes
• You monitor current trends in online marketing and contribute new impulses
• You create regular reports and support the further development of our marketing strategy

Your profile

• Experience in performance marketing or online marketing
• Ideally, knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, or comparable advertising platforms
• Enjoyment in evaluating data and deriving the right measures from it
• A structured and independent way of working
• Team spirit and the willingness to develop solutions together
• A completed vocational training or a degree in the field of marketing is an advantage – but your experience and commitment are more important to us
